  • Connection Meetings:
    Each client is unique. Therefore, each assignment is undertaken only after a thorough and detailed discussion with you to understand your corporate philosophies, mission statement and distinction culture. We work with you to determine your specific requirements and jointly establish the appropriate Job Order.
  • Research:
    Because each assignment is also unique, research is performed each time to fully understand the dynamics of the job market. We may offer findings with you and then provide advice on current supply, demand, remuneration and benefit ranges.
  • Sourcing of Candidates:
    With an existing databank of thousands of the industry’s best candidates, we possess a unique resource our clients have come to truly appreciate. Overall, our candidates are regularly sourced through our broad network of contacts, active participation, contact through or own popular website and related Job Postings, and through select use of popular media channels. We also use a targeted approach through headhunting for specific skillsets.
  • Screening and Interviewing Candidates:
    Our consultants screen the most likely candidates who are given an overview of the prospects and opportunities. Short-listed candidates are then invited back for an interview with one of our consultants so that we can critically assess and analyze the candidates’ skills, competence, and suitability for the position.
  • Referral of Candidates:
    Only the best candidates are referred to you for interviews. Prior to these interviews, we provide a written report of our analysis, appraisal of the candidate, his/her personal data, salary expectation, education, and professional career history.
  • Follow-up Services:
    We take the extra effort to contact both yourself and the successful candidate after the placement to ensure that all parties are satisfied.
